When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time in the kitchen cooking up homemade delights, spending time relaxing in my outdoor sauna or just spending time sitting with my six runner ducks reflecting on the lessons I’ve learned in the Colombian jungle with Grandmother Ayahuasca, or simply enjoying the quiet moments that make life meaningful.
